Work is governed by the individual proposal or agreement signed for that engagement, which defines scope, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, ownership, and support. Where a signed agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls.

Third-party platform subscriptions, hosting, and usage-based costs such as AI API consumption are separate from our fees and are paid by the client directly unless a proposal states otherwise.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, visual system, and code of this website belong to Aura Logic Systems. Deliverables produced during a client engagement are transferred to the client as specified in the applicable agreement.

No guaranteed outcomes

We describe practical operational improvements — reduced administrative workload, faster response times, better visibility — because those are what well-designed systems produce. We do not guarantee specific financial results, and nothing on this website should be read as a promise of revenue, savings, or return.
